About The Role
Salary: Competitive Salary. Bonus: Fantastic quarterly bonus based on individual and company performance.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
Responsibilities
- Support the transport team in coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with buyers to facilitate communication and address any operational issues.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and assist in maintaining compliance with transport regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a transport or logistics administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A current full UK driving license is desirable.
