About The Role
Salary: £16,920 per year
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities
- As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch.
- You are the main point of contact for our customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues as required.
- Assist the transport department when not buying cars.
Requirements
- A current full UK manual driving license.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
