The Opportunity

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of key areas across our retail operations nationwide.
- Work directly with the Retail Director to develop and implement strategy.
- Lead retail innovation projects that enhance efficiency, technology, and people development.
- Use data, insight, and your own ideas to challenge the norm and deliver results.
- Develop leadership skills with structured mentorship and succession planning support.
About You
You’re likely already in a national or regional retail leadership role — maybe titled Head of Retail, Regional Director, or Senior Operations Manager — and you\’re looking for a long-term challenge. You’re strategic but hands-on, commercially sharp, and passionate about operational excellence.
You will need:
