Senior Branch Manager Designate

Hours
42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off, with weekend work involved.
Responsibilities
- Model high-performance car buying and support the regional manager in driving performance.
- Main point of contact for customers, prioritising diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Lead the customer through the purchase journey, completing appraisals, handling important documents, and processing payments.
- Always deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Regional Manager with smooth operation of the region and compliance as per company procedures.
- Perform Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
- Identify support and coaching needs of colleagues, providing constructive feedback and development points when required.
- Report potential threats to the business to Divisional Manager.
- Ensure all diaries/rotas set up as per company instructions.
- Ensure all purchases completed as per company standard.
- Provide temporary cover in other regions within the Division.
- Complete all tasks set out by HR.
- Assist in purchase completion when required.
Requirements
- Current full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
