Salary: £28,200 (OTE 34,120) per annum pro rata. Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance. Hours: 1 day per week, 2 days per week or 3 days per week. Flexible for part-time.
Responsibilities:
- The Retail Branch & Transfer Manager buys cars and ensures the efficient running of their branch.
- You are the main point of contact for our customers.
- Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Liaising with the back office and work colleagues.
- Assisting the transport department as required when not buying cars.
Requirements:
- Current full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working).
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
