We Build Trades is one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital marketing agency specifically tailored for trade and home-service businesses. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager. You’ll gain hands-on experience and training in managing campaigns across SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, all while helping and supporting our clients with their growth strategies, setting you up for a rewarding career in digital marketing management.
The Opportunity
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll learn and take responsibility for developing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns with direct client management – we’ll provide training and support to help you develop these skills.
Note: This is an office-based role with no option for hybrid or remote work.
Key Responsibilities (Training Provided)
- Assist in developing and managing SEO strategies including keyword research and content optimisation.
- Help create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Learn to set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
- Liaise directly with our extensive client base and manage them to success.
- Collaborate closely with senior marketing specialists and gain insight into client management and communication.
- Monitor performance of campaigns and help prepare monthly reports and strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends to continuously improve campaign performance.
What We Are Looking For
- Approximately 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Facebook Ads, and/or Google Ads is desirable but not essential.
- Strong desire to learn and develop your skills in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take on new challenges.
