We are currently seeking a highly experienced and competent Service Engineer/Plumber for a short-term project based in Southend-on-Sea, working on a SUEZ site. This role requires someone of a strong technical calibre, capable of assessing and diagnosing issues within an existing plumbing system and advising on the necessary remedial works to bring it up to standard.
Scope of Works:
- Initial site walk-around with the main contractor to review the full system
- Inspection of drainage systems, including identifying sagging pipework
- Assessing low pressure issues across multiple toilet systems (3x units)
- Providing a clear overview of:
- Required repairs
- System improvements
- Works needed to meet current standards
Project Details:
- Duration: 1 day
- Start: Thursday
- Rate: £300 per day
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial/industrial plumbing systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and provide professional recommendations
- Relevant qualifications/CSCS (preferred)
- Own tools and PPE
