We Build Recruitment are looking for roofing site managers to start ASAP in various locations in the North West to start ASAP. Duties for this role: * Manage daily roofing & cladding operations on-site. * Lead and motivate a team of roofers. * Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards. * Coordinate with managers. * Liaise with clients. * Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly. Required: * CSCS Managers Card * SMSTS * First Aid * Full PPE * Roofing/cladding background * Knowledge of H&S processes/protocols * Previous managerial experience * Working references Other: * Ability to deal with the client on all matters * Ability to drive trades and motivate staff * Car driver The rate for this role is £270 – £300 per day DOE based on a 9 hour day and is on a temp to perm basis.
