We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter for an immediate start on a substation project in Galashiels.

Location: Galashiels Substation, Melrose Rd, TD1 2BZ (Approx. 500m from the local train station)

Scope of Works:

  • Steel installation
  • Mechanical works
  • Above-ground earthing

Requirements:

  • SPEN Competent Person (COMP)
  • APSA (Authorised Person Safety Access)
  • IPAF (preferred but not essential)

Details:

  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: Minimum 4 weeks
  • Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience and qualifications)
