We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter for an immediate start on a substation project in Galashiels.
Location: Galashiels Substation, Melrose Rd, TD1 2BZ (Approx. 500m from the local train station)
Scope of Works:
- Steel installation
- Mechanical works
- Above-ground earthing
Requirements:
- SPEN Competent Person (COMP)
- APSA (Authorised Person Safety Access)
- IPAF (preferred but not essential)
Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Minimum 4 weeks
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience and qualifications)
