We Build Recruitment are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a well-established fitout and interiors company.
Duties:
- Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle.
- Prepare estimates, cost plans and tender documentation using various forms of measurement and contracts.
- Be comfortable measuring schedules of works and bills of quantities/activity schedule production.
- Manage and prepare both tender and contract documentation.
- Price and prepare financial reports and cashflow forecasts throughout the duration of contracts and provide general post contract cost management and control.
- Provide input into the financial aspects of change management.
- Carry out re-measurement of quantities if necessary and prepare and agree final accounts and claims.
- Prepare final accounts for clients that are suitable for audit.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- You must have prior experience with fitout/refurbishment/interiors packages.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management skills to ensure you meet agreed deadlines.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office.
