We Build Recruitment are now looking to recruit a Security Engineer on behalf of our client, a leading North West based leader in Professional Fencing Services.

The Role

They are looking for a motivated Security Engineer to join their growing technical team. You'll work across the UK installing and maintaining a variety of advanced security systems, including Gallagher Pulse Fence Systems, CCTV, and Access Control from industry‑leading manufacturers such as Gallagher, Axis, Hanwha, and PAC. From concept to commissioning, you'll be hands‑on with projects, ensuring every installation meets the highest standards. This is a new and expanding team, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth, development, and training. This role requires working away from home on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and commission Gallagher Pulse Fence Systems, CCTV, and Access Control solutions.
  • Prepare, configure, and test both hardware and software for technical delivery.
  • Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to improve processes and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining high standards of personal presentation and customer service.

Essential requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • CSCS card.
  • Willingness to undergo CRB/security checks.
  • Happy to work outdoors in all seasons and travel across the UK.
