We Build Recruitment is a UK-based recruitment agency specializing in connecting skilled blue-collar talent with both temporary and permanent roles in the construction industry. As demand continues to rise, we’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Permanent Recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent. This is a fast-paced position suited to someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in helping people find the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct telephone screenings and initial interviews to assess suitability
- Write and post compelling job adverts
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records
- Build strong talent pools and nurture long-term candidate relationships
- Support consultants with shortlisting and coordinating interviews
- Provide an outstanding level of candidate care throughout the process
