As an Invoice Clerk, you'll be part of our busy Accounts Payable team, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly from handling invoice and cheque requisitions, to responding to supplier and colleague queries with professionalism and care. Your impact in the role:

  • Processing high volumes of invoices quickly and accurately.
  • Helping internal and external customers with payment queries.
  • Supporting colleagues across Accounts Payable to meet deadlines.
  • Working closely with your Senior Invoice Clerk and wider Finance team.

  • Experience working with high volumes of invoice processing.
