Contract Type: Permanent and Fixed Term Contracts, Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £31,955 per annum (London weighted salary) or £27,796 per annum (Regional salary)

Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford

Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Join our Healthy Homes Team at L&Q: Join L&Q as a Maintenance Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our Healthy Homes team. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, contractors and stakeholders, helping to deliver high-quality services that make a real difference to residents' homes and wellbeing. You'll coordinate Awaab's Law damp and mould cases, manage contractor repairs and minor works, and support surveyors by ensuring referrals are handled efficiently and effectively. The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators supporting the delivery on all tasks. You will be a key member of the team helping to deliver our repairs and maintenance service.

Your impact in the role: The successful candidate must be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills. You will need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, utilising various prioritisation and time management techniques, whilst collaborating with lots of different departments across the L&Q Group.
