Your impact in the role:
- Lead and support a team of Data Processing Administrators.
- Ensure data is entered, updated, and maintained accurately across systems and spreadsheets.
- Review and validate data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Carry out quality checks to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reporting on data processing activity.
- Work with teams across the organisation to support transformation goals and operational priorities.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in data processing, administration, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting or coordinating teams.
- Strong Excel, spreadsheet, database, and data management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection responsibilities.
- Experience in housing, transformation programmes, or similar environments.
- Experience using CRM, housing management, or data entry systems.
- Experience supporting reporting or data analysis activities.
