Key Responsibilities
  • Work with apprentices one-to-one and in small groups to support their progress and confidence.
  • Deliver engaging and supportive training sessions, using your industry knowledge to bring learning to life and contextualise skills for the workplace.
  • Collaborate with employers to ensure training meets sector needs and adds value to their workforce.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to help them stay on track, reporting any concerns to pastoral colleagues.
  • Support learners with advice and guidance to help them achieve and progress.
  • Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, British Values, and inclusive learning practices.
  • Participate in internal quality processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Quality and Compliance Team to ensure paperwork associated with programmes is completed to a high standard within required timescales.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all apprentices and parties contacting the business.
What We're Looking For
  • Solid experience in your vocational sector (e.g., production/manufacturing, digital, business support, etc.).
  • A genuine interest in supporting others and making a difference.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Able to motivate others.
  • Willingness to travel across the North East and work flexibly.
  • IT skills and confidence using digital platforms.
  • Commitment to completing a teaching qualification (fully supported by us).
