About The Role Our Client is seeking Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team on an initial 6-week temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced production environment, with the potential for a permanent role for successful candidates. The role involves supporting production operations, ensuring products meet quality standards, and contributing to the efficient running of the production process. Key Responsibilities * Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. * Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process. * Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. * Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch. * Maintain production targets while ensuring accuracy and quality. * Follow all health and safety procedures. * Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with company standards. * Support the wider production team as required. About You * Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential. * Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
