Zenith in South Shields is seeking a Planning Enforcement Officer to provide an efficient administration service and operational support to the Asset Management Team.
You will co-ordinate data and update asset records to support effective asset management and ensure data accuracy across processes.
You'll contribute to managing IT systems, record stock condition results and surveys, offer initial telephone advice to stakeholders, and help deliver services against performance targets.
