Zenith are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to work on a part time basis at its Client s site in South Tyneside.

Role Overview We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth processing of customer enquiries and orders.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing sales orders, and providing administrative support to help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities * Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative activities. * Respond to sales enquiries received through the company website, email, telephone, and other sales channels. * Contact customers to discuss product availability, pricing, quotations, and order updates. * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within internal systems. * Prepare and issue quotations, sales confirmations, and related documentation. * Maintain accurate customer records * Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities * Handle customer queries, resolve issues professionally, and provide excellent customer service.
