- Shift Pattern
- Permanent 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift once fully trained
* During the training period, candidates will work
- Starting rate: £12.75 per hour
- Rising to £13.50 per hour upon successful completion of training
- Rates currently under review, with further increases potentially being considered Key Responsibilities
- Preparing production lines for the following day's operations
- Cleaning production machinery internally and externally
- Draining and refilling water tanks
- Supporting 5S housekeeping standards across the shop floor
- Cleaning company vehicles
- Jet washing equipment and designated areas
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment About You
- Hardworking and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial/manufacturing environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards Desirable Skills & Experience
- Forklift Truck (FLT) experience advantageous, although full training can be provided on site
