Zenith are looking to recruit an experienced Scheduler to join their clients dynamic team in County Durham.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules and resources to ensure efficient operations within our HVAC projects.

Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for effectively managing the schedules for all engineers travelling to and from jobs.
  • Answering phone queries, emails, CRM cases, Scheduling and confirming appointments, and inputting data into the CAFM system
  • Maintaining all tasks, including raising jobs, requisitions, follow-on works, and sub-contractor works; ensure all records are always kept up to date including job details, appointments, job statuses, relevant time & dates, costs
  • Building up strong personal relationships with clients & tenants.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in scheduling or project management, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar project management software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Working hours: 8:00am - 16:30pm (30 mins lunch) & 8:30am - 17:00pm (30 mins lunch) on alternating weeks
