We are looking for an Electrician to carry out electrical work in domestic properties across social housing. The role will mainly involve installing single sockets behind electric fires.
Key Duties:
- Install single sockets behind fires in domestic properties
- Carry out basic electrical testing
- Complete Minor Works (MW) certificates accurately
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets
Targets & Productivity:
- Expected to complete approximately 10 installations per day
- Additional installs can be completed as overtime
Requirements:
- Experience working in domestic electrical environments
- Competent in using a tester and completing Minor Works certificates
- Full UK driving licence
- Good work ethic and ability to work independently
- Hold a DBS or willing to take DBS
