Andrew Craig Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice to become an integral part of our friendly, experienced team of property professionals, gaining valuable skills and hands‑on experience while working towards your apprenticeship qualification.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands‑on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
- What you’ll do at work
- Property Marketing & Administration
- Create and manage online property advertisements.
- Prepare and upload property details and descriptions.
- Edit, improve and upload property photographs.
- Upload Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and GDPR requirements.
- Maintain online property listings and office window displays.
- Office & Customer Support
- Provide general administrative support including scanning, filing, photocopying and document management.
- Accurately input and maintain data using company systems.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional welcome both in person and over the telephone.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages where required.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, landlords, applicants and other customers.
- Prepare marketing materials and property information packs.
- Produce comparable property reports and sales information.
- Promote available properties and company services.
- Match applicants with suitable properties.
- Arrange appointments, confirm viewings and gather customer feedback.
- Welcome customers to the office and provide a positive first impression.
- Manage diaries and maintain accurate key records.

- Work collaboratively with the Administration, Sales and Marketing teams.
