Our client is looking to recruit an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, the role is to join an exciting period of growth and investment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Electrical Engineering professional to support the delivery of high-quality education and training programmes across our engineering curriculum. The successful candidate will bring current industry experience together with the passion to develop the next generation of engineers.
Essential Skills & Experience
- HNC/HND Level 4/5 qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Relevant industrial experience within electrical engineering, manufacturing, energy, maintenance, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation, maintenance and fault finding
- Knowledge of health & safety standards and safe systems of work
- Ability to support and develop learners in both practical and classroom settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Electrical principles and power systems
- Industrial installation and maintenance
- Fault diagnosis and testing techniques
- Motors, drives and control systems
