Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment?

We Are Zenith are seeking a driven and proactive leader to take ownership of the site's quality systems, compliance standards and continuous improvement agenda.

You'll lead a team of quality professionals, work closely with operations, and play a key role in driving a right-first-time culture across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Quality team to deliver high performance.
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
  • Drive audit readiness and manage internal audit programmes.
  • Lead investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Partner with production teams to improve quality performance and reduce waste.
  • Support process improvements, new equipment introductions and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and internal standards.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous Quality Management experience in High Volume Manufacturing
  • Recognised Internal or Lead Auditor qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits and continuous improvement.
  • Proven people leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • SAP and experience with automation, AI or digital manufacturing tools would be advantageous.
