You will ensure policy compliance, manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, and HRIS administration while advising line managers on disciplinary matters and employment law.
The role requires CIPD qualification (or studying towards Level 7) and a minimum of three years’ generalist HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
