As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be at the heart of delivering safe, respectful and life-enhancing customer experiences in occupied social housing.
Responsibilities
- To support and deliver on the companies’ community commitment under Social Value and Support on training and employment initiatives.
- Support with all access to allow delivery of all works.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, providing clear timely information about project plans, timelines and progress.
- Provide ongoing support to residents throughout the project.
Requirements
- Housing, construction or sustainability experience.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Experience working within a customer facing role.
- Ability to deal with complex queries in a timely and professional manner.
