About The Role Our Client is looking for a Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to join their team in Cramlington on a temporary one-month contract. This role involves supporting warehouse operations, handling goods safely and efficiently, and operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck as part of daily duties. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the warehouse while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. Key Responsibilities * Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. * Load, unload, move, and store goods within the warehouse. * Assist with goods-in and goods-out activities. * Pick, pack, and prepare orders where required. * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. * Follow all warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines. * Support the wider warehouse team with general operational duties. About You * Valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential. * Previous warehouse experience is desirable. * Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Good attention to detail and accuracy. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. * Committed to maintaining safe working practices.
