We Are Zenith are looking for Refuse Loaders to work on a ongoing contract in Northumberland.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and load household, recycling, and garden waste onto refuse collection vehicles.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
- Assist the driver with manoeuvring vehicles where required.
- Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with members of the public.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures and safe working practices at all times.
- Help keep vehicles and work areas clean and tidy.
Essential Requirements
- Ability to undertake physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Awareness of health and safety practices.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in waste collection, environmental services, or a similar manual role.
- Experience working within a local authority environment
