Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assess high‑quality learning programmes in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Avionics) across a range of further education and higher courses.
- Support learners in developing both theoretical knowledge and practical competencies required to progress within the aviation maintenance industry.
- Contribute to programme leadership, effective administration, planning, and continuous improvement of aviation programmes.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in aircraft electrical and avionics systems maintenance.
- Proven professional or vocational experience within the aviation maintenance sector, either commercial or military, ideally within Part‑145 or Part‑147 training or maintenance environments.
- Strong practical skills in avionics diagnostics, fault finding, system testing, and installation.
- Understanding of the CAA Part‑66 Aircraft Maintenance Licensing framework and knowledge requirements associated with aircraft maintenance engineering qualifications.
