We Are Your Care Ltd is recruiting compassionate and dependable Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred support in clients' homes, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. Please note that We Are Your Care Ltd is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Your Key responsibilities · Support with personal care, medication, meals and daily routines.
· Provide companionship and encourage independence.
· Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records.
· Report concerns promptly and work effectively with colleagues and other professionals.
· Travel between clients' homes safely and punctually.
About you · Kind, patient and committed to delivering high-quality care.
· Dependable, organised and able to communicate clearly.
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
· Available to work agreed shifts, to include evenings and weekends.
· A full UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle are desirable.
Care experience is welcome but not essential; full training is provided. All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, proof of the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check.
