We Are Your Care Ltd is recruiting compassionate and dependable Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred support in clients' homes, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Please note that We Are Your Care Ltd is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Your Key responsibilities

Support with personal care, medication, meals and daily routines. ·
Provide companionship and encourage independence. ·
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records. ·
Report concerns promptly and work effectively with colleagues and other professionals. ·
Travel between clients' homes safely and punctually.
About you
·
Kind, patient and committed to delivering high-quality care. ·
Dependable, organised and able to communicate clearly. ·
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. ·
Available to work agreed shifts, to include evenings and weekends. ·
A full UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle are desirable. Care experience is welcome but not essential; full training is provided. All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, proof of the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check.
