We're recruiting experienced Chill Operatives to join our team in Willenhall, on a 5 on 2 off pattern. Shift Pattern Available 5 on / 2 off, including weekends: Days 06:00-14:30. MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick milk products accurately using voice-pick technology
- Move, load, and unload trolleys in a chill environment
- Ensure accurate stock rotation in line with MLOR (Minimum Life on Receipt) standards
- Complete routine cleaning and hygiene tasks
- Report any trailer defects or stock issues
What We're Looking For:
- Cold store/chilled warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Motivated, positive, and proactive
Pay Rates (Weekly Pay):
Day rates apply between 4:00-18:00:
- Mon–Fri: £12.71 (OT after 40hrs: £19.07)
- Saturday: £15.89
- Sunday: £19.07
- Bank Holidays: £25.42
Night rates apply between 18:00-04:00:
- Mon–Fri: £15.63 (OT after 40hrs: £21.99)
- Saturday: £18.81
- Sunday: £21.99
- Bank Holidays: £28.34
Note: Pay may vary within a shift depending on exact hours worked.
