Location: Coleshill B46
Contract: Permanent | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 6:30am–4:00pm (42.5 hours/week – no weekends)
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 per year

Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor ready for your next opportunity? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading company for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their National Distribution Centre based in Hams Hall, Coleshill.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a modern and fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient loading/unloading of furniture

• Manage and oversee order picking to maintain accuracy

• Allocate and manage workloads across a team of Warehouse Operatives

• Handle warehouse documentation, including delivery notes and labelling

• Take ownership of the reverse logistics process – inspect returns, manage paperwork, and liaise with admin

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role

• Strong understanding of manual handling regulations

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Physically fit – the role involves some heavy lifting
