General Responsibilities
- Management of Compliance team and Fleet admin.
- Administer allocation of old fleet after new fleet delivery.
- Process all uplifts/decreases and refurbs.
- Process and maintain weekly store queries.
- Assist with management of Spares and Spares map.
- Carry out reporting administration including FOP report, Mobilovan, Exceptions, KPI & AR Tracker and Masternaut Activity report.
- Management of Drivesafe contract.
- Management of RIY.
- Monitor and maintain estimate inbox.
- Process Under £800 estimates.
- Manage Fleet queries from team, online fleet admin and stores.
- All other general administration duties.
Job Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- To ensure all administrative duties are adhered to.
- Contractual KPI’s are up to date and reports sent on time every time.
- To ensure that all compliance events are carried out in line with legal and KPI requirements.
Person Specification
- Good standard of Education with a minimum of GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- The job holder will preferably have previous experience (or similar) within a busy maintenance control room environment dealing with maintenance of commercial rental/Fleet Management vehicles with third party suppliers.
- Previous Administration experience is essential.
- Knowledge of and a background from the commercial vehicle transport industry would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of vehicle engineering and road transport law.
- IT literate and high level of Excel skills.
- Will work best on their own initiative and take pride in ensuring that work is seen through to completion.
- To be flexible in attitude in providing solutions to problems.
- Able to interact confidently with customers, suppliers, be a team player, and build credibility with same.
