We’re a family-founded and led business with a reputation for doing things the right way! As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Junior / Graduate Surveyor to join our team, grow their skills, and share our values of quality, care, and customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with the assessment and management of small works and repair projects from start
- to finish.
- Learning to conduct professional property surveys for insurance claims under senior
- Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and insurers as you build key relationships.
- Supporting project quality control to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance.
- Working hands-on both on-site and in the office to gain practical, real-world industry
What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or
- equivalent practical entry-level experience).
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with strong attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence is required for this role (site visits will be a key part of your
- development).
- Basic knowledge or experience using estimation software like Xactimate is highly beneficial,
- but full training will be provided.
