What You’ll Do- Lead a small team (1–2 operatives) in delivering soft/hard landscaping and fencing projects.
- Collaborate with Contracts Managers and clients to plan and execute works.
- Mentor and develop your team.
- Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every job.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in landscaping or fencing.
- Proven leadership in a hands‑on landscaping role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS card and experience with towing (excavators, dumpers, compact tractors, PA1/PA6, and timber work are a plus).
