We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers for a permanent position at our busy Severnside depot. The role consists of deliveries to NDCs, RDCs and trunking work. MMID is part of a well-established and well-known international dairy company with a modern and well looked after fleet. Immediate starts for successful candidates and a permanent full-time contract.
Shifts available:
- 9:30 start Tuesday - Saturday
- 15:00 start Tuesday - Saturday
- 8:30 start Tuesday - Saturday
- 09:00 start Tuesday - Saturday
- 8:00 start Friday - Tuesday
- 20:00 Friday - Saturday - PART TIME
Day pay rates:
- Monday – Friday £15.87 (overtime after 47.5hrs £17.85)
- Saturday £17.85
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.80
Nights pay rates:
- Monday – Friday £18.13 (overtime after 47.5hrs £20.39)
- Saturday £20.39
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £27.19

What we are looking for:
- In date DIGI and CPC card
- Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
- Willing to work weekends.
- Motivated and open to learn new skills.
- Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
Your role:
- Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
- Prepping vehicles for delivery.
- Completing vehicle checks.
- Refuelling vehicles.
- The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
