Overview
HGVClass 2 Driver Nights – Skelmersdale
Due to rapid expansion of the business we are currently recruiting Class 2 drivers for permanent role at our busy Skelmersdale depot. MMID is part of a well-established and well-known international dairy company with a modern and well-looked-after fleet. Minimum 1 year experience on Class 2 required.
The role consists of mainly farm collections and occasional reload trunking work.
Immediate start for successful candidates.
Shifts
- Nights 16:00 – 20:00 starts
Shift patterns
- Wednesday to Sunday
- Thursday to Monday
- Friday to Tuesday
- Saturday to Wednesday
Day pay rates
- Monday – Friday £15.83 (overtime after 47.5hrs £17.81)
- Saturday £17.81
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £23.75
Nights pay rates
- Monday – Friday £18.09 (overtime after 47.5hrs £20.35)
- Saturday £20.35
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £27.14
30-minute break deducted per shift only!
What we are looking for
- Experience in tanker work preferred.
- In date DIGI and CPC card.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Motivated and open to learn new skills.
- Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
