Commensurate with the position of your role within the organisation, you will be required to adopt a flexible approach to the hours worked and which may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties.
The basic contractual hours will be 37.5 hours per week, with an unpaid lunch break.

The FP&A and Business Performance Manager is responsible for leading the Company's financial planning, business partnering, management reporting and performance analysis activities.
The role owns the development and delivery of budgets, forecasts, management information, KPI reporting, profitability analysis and business insight, ensuring senior leaders have access to accurate, timely and meaningful information to support decision-making and drive business performance.
Working closely with stakeholders across Long-Term Contract Hire, Fleet Management and Used Vehicle Sales, the role will provide financial challenge, commercial support and strategic insight, helping identify risks, opportunities and actions required to improve profitability.
Whilst responsible for leading and developing a high-performing FP&A team, the role will also remain actively involved in complex analysis, forecasting, modelling, business cases and performance investigations.
The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with a hands‑on approach, supporting the team whilst helping shape the future direction of the finance function and the wider business.
The role will be instrumental in evolving the Company's FP&A framework, improving data quality, enhancing management information and establishing a robust business partnering model that supports sustainable profitable growth.
- Financial Planning and Forecasting
- Lead the annual budget, forecast and strategic planning processes.
- Own the Company's three-year planning model and associated forecasting activities.
