We're recruiting experienced Chill Operatives to join our team in Cullompton for ongoing positions. We require Operatives to be able to work specific days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday. Ideally you will be able to drive due to the finishing time.
Shift Pattern Available: Sunday, Monday, Thursday + Friday. Nights 18:00 - 02:45
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick milk products accurately using voice-pick technology
- Picking, packing, and wrapping
- Move, load, and unload trolleys in a chill environment
- Ensure accurate stock rotation in line with MLOR (Minimum Life on Receipt) standards
- Complete routine cleaning and hygiene tasks
- Report any trailer defects or stock issues
What We're Looking For:
- Cold store/chilled warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Motivated, positive, and proactive
Pay Rates (Weekly Pay): Night Pay - £13.84 per hour
