We are currently looking for a proactive and people-focused ChillTrainer to join our Chill Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on colleague development, safety, and operational excellence while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As aChill Trainer, you will:
- Deliver engaging inductions for new starters.
- Train and mentor colleagues across Warehouse and Chill Operations.
- Conduct refresher and compliance training sessions.
- Support and promote Health & Safety best practices throughout the department.
- Monitor training records and competency levels.
- Work closely with operational teams to identify development opportunities.
- Help create a positive learning culture that drives performance and engagement.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or mentoring others.
- A proactive and positive approach to colleague development.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic IT skills with confidence using standard computer systems.
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety standards.
