We are currently recruiting for Temp to Perm HGV Class 1 drivers for our depot in Bridgwater. The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores, up to 15 drops per day with Tail lift and cages. Various shifts available.
Shift Patterns Available:
- 4:00 Friday to Tuesday
- 3:00 3on3off
- 4:00 Thursday to Monday
- 3:00 Wednesday - Saturday
- 3:00 Friday to Monday
- 3:00 Friday to Tuesday
- 14:00 Tuesday to Friday
- 14:00 Saturday to Tuesday
- 03:00 2on2off
Day pay rates:
- Monday – Friday £16.63 (overtime after 47.5hrs £18.71)
- Saturday £18.71
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £24.95
Nights pay rates:
- Monday – Friday £19.00 (overtime after 47.5hrs £21.38)
- Saturday £21.38
- Sunday and Bank Holidays £28.50
30-minute break deducted per shift only!
What we are looking for:
- In date DIGI and CPC card
- Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
- Willing to work weekends.
- Motivated and open to learn new skills.
- Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
Your role:
- Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
- Prepping vehicles for delivery.
- Completing vehicle checks.
- Refuelling vehicles.
- The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
