As a Recovery Worker you will be providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. You will be working within a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your development and your ability to deliver the best care you can to our clients. Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. This is an integral role for With You - as a frontline worker, you will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, delivery of interventions and key work responsibilities.

At our services in Richmond, WithYou works closely with the lead provider, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and partners, St Mungos and the charity CDARS (Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services) providing free and confidential support to adults in Richmond experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year.

Our service in Richmond is looking for Recovery Workers to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. There are two full time, permanent positions available in Richmond (TW1 4HF). The salary for this role follows a fixed incremental pay scale. This starts at £29,000 per year, rising each year in line with our salary progression bands, up to £34,000 per year. This includes a £4,000 per year inner London weighting payment.
