About the Role
Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity that helps improve people's lives? We are recruiting a Registered Nurse to join our team in Bournemouth. You will help clients overcome personal challenges, providing clinical support and education in a dynamic environment.
This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £26,880 - £36,225 per year, working 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with some evening work. The closing date is 27th June 2025; early applications are encouraged as the role may close early.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as we do not sponsor visas. The role involves providing health and wellbeing interventions, assessments, and care planning for clients with substance misuse issues, including some hospital liaison, vaccinations, medication administration, and health screenings.
Requirements include:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration and post-registration experience
- Experience in community nursing interventions
- Skills in comprehensive needs and risk assessments
- Knowledge of drug handling and safety
- Understanding of NMC code of conduct and risk management
- Ability to work collaboratively across agencies
- Strong communication skills
- Driving license and access to a vehicle
