Main duties of the job:
- Support clients in identifying goals, ambitions and passions.
- Collaborate to create tailored treatment plans.
- Serve as the first point of contact: take referrals, conduct assessments, cover staff absences and answer telephone queries.
- Provide continuity of care through partnership working, care coordination and intervention delivery.
- Manage an active caseload, respond promptly to client needs, treating all clients with respect and dignity.
Work full time on a fixed‑term basis until March 2027, with some Saturday working required.
Salary and working hours:
Starting salary of £26,250 per year, rising to £30,900 per year, full time, fixed term until March 2027 (some Saturday working required).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Compassionate and motivated individual with exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Demonstrable experience in health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, or a clear motivation to work in the drug and alcohol sector.
- Successful track record of providing efficient and reliable customer service.
- Highly organised, excellent communication skills, and able to manage time effectively.
- Team‑work oriented; able to collaborate to maintain high‑quality service.
- Positive and engaging approach to clients and key stakeholders.
