WithYou in Darlington at STRIDE provides free and confidential services, without judgement, to adults and young people facing challenges with drugs and alcohol.
As a Recovery Worker, you will be providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. You will work within a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi‑disciplinary team who will support you in your development and your ability to deliver the best care you can to our clients. Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity. This is a full‑time and permanent position.
As a Recovery Worker, we offer a starting salary of £25,000, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £30,000 per year. For further details please reach out to a member of the recruitment team.
