Join us as a Team Leader for our Young Peoples service in Lancashire. Are you a compassionate and motivated individual who wants to change peoples lives? Our team in Preston is looking for a Team Leader - if you are enthusiastic, creative and passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year.

About the Role

Our Team Leaders play a vital role in our services, including:

  • Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service, leading on an area of specialism.
  • Positively promoting the service and WithYou to external stakeholders.
  • Managing the staff within the service to ensure that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYou's strategic objectives.

This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery. It is essential you are able to develop open working relationships to ensure staff operate in line with our values and work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partner organisations.

This position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis for 12 months. As a Team Leader, we offer a starting salary of £30,000, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £36,000 per year.

Requirements

We'd be excited to see the following in your application:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in the health, social care or criminal justice setting and of working in partnership with a range of statutory and non-statutory agencies.
  • A successful track record of management responsibility and development of others.
  • Experience of developing relationships and engaging with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • A full UK driving licence and use of your own car.
