About the Role

The People Partner – Projects will plan, execute and monitor all People business projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. The role supports a values‑driven, forward‑thinking charity and will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

Managing and delivering a portfolio of People initiatives and engagement strategies across the employee lifecycle, including leadership performance, cultural evolution and employer branding.

This is a hugely varied role that allows you to influence senior managers, drive change and support continuous improvement across all HR functions.

Key Qualifications

  • Chartered member of CIPD or equivalent experience and knowledge within HR
  • Experience and knowledge of the essentials of employment law
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering multiple HR projects, with the ability to plan, identify and mitigate risk
  • Proven ability to work independently, drive change and adapt approaches
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively at all levels across an organisation
  • Ability to influence senior managers and partner on a programme of change
  • Good ability to understand business strategy using commercial acumen to communicate a clear vision, provide direction and anticipate organisational issues
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ability to use and take advantage of new digital platforms and systems

Interview Process

First‑stage interviews will be held remotely via Google Meet on 10th, 15th and 17th July. Second‑stage interviews will take place in the week commencing 20th July.
