Our team are seeking an experienced Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. Do you thrive in a busy environment, having a wide range of different administration tasks to juggle and lots of different people to meet and support? If so, then this could be the role for you.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to support our busy community drug and alcohol service. This is a key role providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery. You'll be responsible for managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team communications. We have many clients to support so a smooth-running administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day. There’s great variety in this role ranging from greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining our data quality to processing assessments and providing criminal justice administrative support.
The role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this position is £30,250 per annum, this includes an Inner London Weighting payment of £4,000 per year.

You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained.
